Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements rehabilitation plans of care.
• Tests and screens client strength to aid physician evaluation.
• Educates clients and families on exercises and therapeutic procedures.
• Documents observations, interventions and progress.
• Provides direct patient care as prescribed and participates in reevaluation.
