Qualifications

• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support non-surgical approaches to treatment and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans and document progress.
