Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support our PTs and treat patients at home, improving mobility and independence through physical modalities.

You will need a valid PTA license, a driver's license, automobile liability insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments.
• Use physical modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Assist patients to regain independence and self-care.
