Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients in their homes as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Perform non-complex manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as prescribed.
• Document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly.
• Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services.
• Notify supervisor of equipment failures, supply issues, or staff or client changes.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
• Utilize skills to make an impact.
