Job summary

Patriot Homecare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to provide in-home patient services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in Mason, OH. The role requires two-year PTA training, state licensure, and current CPR credentials.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved PTA program of not less than two years.
Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Must have a criminal background check.
Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT), provide patient services delegated by the PT.
Under supervision of the PT, assist in evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as required.
Participate in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes.
Assume other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the PT and as designated by the RN Case Management and the Nursing Supervisor.
