Job summary

Patriot Homecare in Mahoning and Columbiana Counties is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant. Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist, you will provide patient services and help develop and adjust the rehabilitative plan of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program (minimum two years).
• Licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Criminal background check required.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Assist in evaluation and development of the rehabilitative plan of care and re-evaluations as required.
• Participate in preparing clinical and daily progress notes.
• Perform other duties as delegated by the PT and Nursing Supervisors.
