BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for patient home visits in Middleton, MA. The PTA will provide 1:1 care and therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to adult and geriatric patients in North Shore and Merrimack Valley territories.

The role requires Massachusetts PTA licensure, completion of a two-year PTA program, and relevant experience. This is a staff, ongoing position with per-visit compensation.

Qualificações

• Current licensure or certification in Massachusetts.
• Graduated from a two-year PTA program approved by the APTA with transcript or diploma.
• Two years of PTA experience and a satisfactory proficiency exam if initial qualification occurred before 1977.
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Other activities as requested.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home health therapy services as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Perform treatment tests, client education and appropriate interventions.
• Work with adult and geriatric patients in North Shore and Merrimack Valley territories.
