Job summary

Redcrest Home Health LLC seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will educate patients and families, ensure safety, and complete accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of PTA experience, a state license, and a valid driver’s license; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of PTA experience.
• Home care experience is desired.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services in patients' homes as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Observe and report patient changes and progress.
• Document treatment and maintain charting per Medicare/federal guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and safety.
• Assist in coordinating care and communicating with the care team.
