Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes across the Long Branch area, NJ. Roles support both part-time W-2 and full-time options, with independent scheduling and remote clinical oversight.

Multiple compensation structures exist, including per-visit and salary options, with earning potential up to $105,300 annually under the 1099 tiered model based on visit volume.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PTA license is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting with remote supervision.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT treatments in patients' homes.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Work with remote supervising PTs on progress and care recommendations.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, supervising PTs, and clinical team.
• Coordinate with administrative team on scheduling, care, and logistics.
• Manage caseload based on availability.
