Job summary

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes around Long Branch, NJ. It offers part-time and full-time paths with multiple compensation options, including W-2, 1099, and salary arrangements.

PTAs work under remote supervision of licensed PTs, delivering treatments, documenting progress, and helping patients improve mobility toward their goals in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PTA license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT treatments in patients' homes.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans under supervising PTs.
• Coordinate with remote supervising PTs on patient progress.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, supervising PTs and the clinical team.
• Coordinate scheduling, care, and logistics with the administrative team.
• Manage your caseload based on availability.
