Stern at Home Therapy is seeking Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one home health care in Lakewood, NJ. Roles include PRN, part-time W-2, full-time salary, W-2 tiered per-visit, or 1099 tiered contractor options, with earning potential up to $145,000 annually for full-time 1099 tiered contracts.

Therapists evaluate and treat primarily geriatric patients in homes, with autonomy over plans of care and flexible scheduling to fit any goal.

Formación

• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey is required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
• Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
• Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
• Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure.
