Interim HealthCare in Globe, Arizona is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for part-time or full-time opportunities. You’ll provide hands-on rehab in patients’ homes, helping them regain strength and manage pain.

As part of a home health team, you’ll work under a Physical Therapist, document exercises, and educate patients and families. Eligible candidates have AZ PTA license, CPR, and at least one year of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active AZ PTA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Card required.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of state/federal home health regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based physical therapy to patients to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with a home health team (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, OT, SLP) on the plan of care.
• Act under supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and follow the plan of care.
• Document exercises in the patient’s chart and print home exercises as directed.
• Educate patient and family on exercises and home program under supervisor.
