Qualifications

• MO PTA certification is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT assigned services to patients in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participates in communication and case conference activities to promote continuity and quality of care.
• Exhibits sound judgment and skills to perform treatments according to agency protocols.
• Maintains compliance with the Agency Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrates compliance with agency standards, policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Practices safety, infection control, and environmental measures.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.
