Job summary

Compassus At Ascension at Home is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to work in patients' homes, delivering compassionate, skilled care and helping patients regain independence in daily activities.

The role requires a PTA license in the state, CPR and TB/Hepatitis clearance, and at least one year of home health experience. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and strong benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy assistant program.
• Currently licensed to practice as a PTA in the state.
• CPR certification, TB screen, Hepatitis consent/declination current.
• Minimum one year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health PTAs to patients in their homes.
• Assist patients to regain strength and independence for daily activities.
• Collaborate with care team to plan and implement patient treatment plans.
