Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes across Florida. You will support patients in regaining strength and independence while coordinating with families and healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Currently licensed in the state of practice.
• CPR certification on file; negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination required.
• Minimum one year of home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the patient’s home.
• Help patients gain strength and independence for daily living activities.
• Contribute to care planning and coordination with families and care teams.
