Ascension at Home (in partnership with Compassus) is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide focused, in-home therapy that improves patients’ strength and independence. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, tailoring plans to individual goals and safety needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Currently licensed in the state of practice.
• CPR current, TB screen negative, Hepatitis consent/declination.
