Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain strength and independence in daily living activities.

Qualifications include an accredited PTA degree, current state licensure, CPR, TB screening and hepatitis consent/declination, and at least one year of home health experience; you’ll join a caring team with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a home health setting.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home to provide PTA services.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily living activities and coordinate with care team.

Education

Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
