Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain strength and independence for daily living activities.

You will partner with them and their families to tailor treatment plans, monitor progress, and support home-based care. Current PTA license, CPR, TB test, and Hepatitis consent/declination are required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and TB screen; Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Minimum one year of home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PTA services in patients' homes.
• Help patients gain strength and independence for daily living activities.
• Assist patients with activities like church attendance or gardening.
