Qualifications

• MO PTA certification required for MO.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and physical.
• Multi-disciplinary collaboration for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services to patients in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participates in communication and case conferences to promote continuity and quality of care.
• Adheres to agency protocols and demonstrates sound judgment in treatments.
• Maintains compliance with Agency Code of Ethics and states/federal regulations.
• Ensures safety and infection control measures are followed.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
