Job summary

Qualifications

• MO PTA Certification required in MO.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services to patients in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participates in communication and case conferences to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintains compliance with Agency Code of Ethics and agency policies.
• Complies with state/federal regulations and payer requirements.
• Practices safety, infection control, and other required procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
