Qualifications

• MO Physical Therapist Assistant certification required.
• Home health experience preferred, not required.
• Pass drug test, background check, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT assigned services to patients in home setting under supervision of licensed PT.
• Participates in communications and case conferences to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintains compliance with agency ethics and standards, policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Demonstrates safety, infection control, and professional conduct.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.
