Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying.
• 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
