Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in New Jersey to provide 1:1 in-home therapy, discharge-to-home support, and ongoing patient education. You will work under a licensed PT to promote safe, independent living for clients in their own homes.

The position offers full-time hours with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive training. Experience in home health care is preferred, and BAYADA emphasizes compassionate, reliable patient care across Gloucester County.

Qualifications

• NJ licensure or certification required.
• Graduate from a 2-year PTA program approved by APTA.
• Experience in home health care is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• See a client through their care needs – from hospital discharge to living a safe home life with comfort, independence and dignity.
• Assist clients by providing treatment, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan.
