Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Globe, Arizona for part-time or full-time roles. You will provide home-based therapy to patients, work with a home health team, and follow the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PTA program degree and Arizona PTA license, with CPR certification and background checks. The role offers competitive pay per visit, travel reimbursements, and comprehensive benefits for

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active Arizona PTA license required.
CPR certification required.
Minimum 1 year PTA experience preferred in home health.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card.
Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

Provide home-based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality.
Collaborate with a home health team focused on the patient’s plan of care and goals.
Act under the supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and in accordance with the plan of care.
Document exercises in the patient’s chart and prepare home exercises for patient use.
Educate patient and family with exercises under supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and other caregivers.
