Job summary

Qualifications

• MO PTA certification required.

• Ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides PTA services to patients in home health setting under licensed PT supervision.
• Participates in communication and case conferences to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs treatments per agency protocols and maintains safety and infection control.
• Complies with agency code of ethics and state/federal regulations.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
