Job summary

Adoration Health seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in Elizabethtown, KY to deliver patient-centered care under a supervising Physical Therapist.

This part-time role covers Hardin, Grayson, Breckinridge and Meade counties with 1:1 patient focus and independent work supported by a collaborative team.

Current PTA license, BLS/CPR, and a preference for 1 year of PTA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state requirements.
• Approximately 1 year of PTA work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT.
• Communicates progress and needs to the Physical Therapist of record.
• Secures adaptive equipment and documents treatment and billing as required.
