Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients in Mount Sterling, KY. You will provide 1:1 in-home PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following established treatment plans and ensuring safety and progress.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as per state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year of PTA work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT.
• Communicates progress with the PT and secures adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation as required.
