Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a home health team. The PTA will deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and implement selected components of patient interventions in patients’ homes.

Qualified candidates have CAPTE-accredited PTA training, an unrestricted state PTA license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Driver’s license and knowledge of DME are a plus for in-home care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduated from CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license (state specific) & valid driver’s license.
• Experience as required by the state board to treat patients in their homes.
• Therapy skills aligned with APTA standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment for PT patients.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation with active auto insurance.
