Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in patients' homes. The PTA will implement components of interventions and treatments as directed.

Qualifications include a CAPTE-accredited PTA program, an unrestricted PTA license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Experience in home health and DME knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license or certification (state-specific).
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Experience as required by the state board to treat patients in their homes.
• Therapy skills aligned with APTA practice standards.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment for physical therapy needs.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.
