Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Bedford, TX to support patients during recovery. You will work under a licensed PT, helping restore mobility and independence with personalized, evidence-based care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and promote overall wellness through tailored programs, while maintaining accurate records and adapting approaches to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required in TX.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
