AccentCare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Home Health team serving Center Valley, PA. This full-time role supports licensed Physical Therapists, delivers patient-focused treatment, documents progress, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet care plans.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, educating patients and families on safety and equipment, and maintaining timely notes while contributing to agency productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and documents treatment in accordance with physicians' orders and agency policy.
• Documents interventions and treatment priorities.
• Educates and counsels patients and families.
• Keeps supervising therapist informed of patient status and treatment progress.
• Meets agency productivity standards and completes required forms timely.
