Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care or rehabilitative settings preferred; home health experience preferred.
• Must hold and maintain a license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of work.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of the day to patient locations.
• Commitment to meet charting deadlines and self-manage time and scheduling.
