Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care and/or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the working state is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20%).
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines; self-management skills.
• Experience with tablets, smartphones and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Provide Home Health PTA services under supervision and according to plan of care.
• Support flexible scheduling and patient mobility while ensuring high-quality care.
