Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care and/or rehabilitative setting; home health preferred.
• Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of work.
• Valid driver’s license; ~20% travel to patient locations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time.
• Experience with tablets, mobile devices and EMR software.
