Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred; home health experience preferred.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license/registration for the state of IL.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of day to patient locations.
• Ability to meet deadlines for charting and self-manage time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets and mobile devices for EMR use.
