Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant in Brighton, Colorado to support patients in their homes. The role offers a $60,000–$80,000 annual salary, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and a schedule Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift. Travel to Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Superior, and surrounding areas is required.

Full-time staff position with remote/virtual unlikely. You will join a caring, patient-centered team focused on aging in place and high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must have a valid license to practice in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
