AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Colorado field team. This full-time, on-site role supports patients at home with PT care per care plans, typically 40 hours per week across 8-hour shifts.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants need an associate degree in physical therapy, current licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in Colorado.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Responsabilidades

• Implement care plans and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and families in basic home safety and equipment use.
