Adoration Home Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Denver, CO team. In this home-health role, you will deliver 1:1 patient care, evaluate needs, and plan personalized therapy.

You will work full-time, Monday–Friday 8–5, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Our therapists partner with families to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• At least 2 years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist; hospice/community experience preferred.
• Valid license from the state of practice; CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment procurement.
• Set measurable goals and develop plans to progress toward independence and function.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family as applicable.
• Document services thoroughly to ensure proper billing; supervise assistants as applicable.
