Adoration Health in Denver, CO seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care under a PT, with a 1:1 care model and team support. This full-time role offers a $5k sign-on and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Office location: Lakewood, CO with coverage in Lakewood, Wheatridge, Centennial, Lone Tree and Castle Rock. Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year experience as a PTA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides PT services as planned and supervised by a PT.
• Communicates progress to PT and secures adaptive equipment as needed.
• Documents treatment and billing per regulations.

Formation

PTA license

1+ year PTA experience (preferred)
