Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Covington, GA team. You will provide 1:1 home visits, support patient goals, and work under a supervising Physical Therapist in a flexible, independent setting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services planned, delegated and supervised by a licensed PT.
• Communicate progress and needs with the PT of record regularly.
• Assist in securing adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Document treatment and billing per regulations and timelines.
