Job summary

Adoration Health in Burlington, NC is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered, 1:1 home health care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will deliver planned therapies, communicate progress, and help patients regain function in their home setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling, teamwork support, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing home health organization.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support/ CPR certification as required.
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated and supervised by a Physical Therapist.
• Confers with the PT regarding patient plan and progress.
• Communicates patient needs to the PT and coordinates equipment needs.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
