Job summary

Adoration Health in Denver is seeking a dedicated Home Health PTA to deliver patient-centered care across Colorado and Texas. You will provide 1:1 therapy, collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist, and support independent work within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license for the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification required per state regulations.
• Minimum one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Regularly communicates with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and treatment plan.
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment and uses it to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation as required.
