Job summary

Adoration Health in Wayne, NJ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team. This role provides patient-centered PT services under supervision, with a focus on improving function and quality of life in home settings.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification as per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
• Regularly communicates progress and plans with the Physical Therapist of record.
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation as required.
