Adoration Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a passionate Home Health PTA to join our team. You will provide patient-centered physical therapy services in home settings, partnering with a licensed PT to plan treatment and support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS or CPR certification required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury and functional mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the PT on treatment plans and progress toward goals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the PT of record.
• Maintain and submit accurate treatment and billing documentation as required.
