Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a passionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Louisville, KY. You will provide patient-centered PT services in a home health setting, working under a licensed PT to develop and implement treatment plans.

The role offers 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as per state regulations
• Minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury

Responsabilidades

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment
• Communicates patient progress and plan with the Physical Therapist of record
• Assists in acquiring adaptive equipment to improve function and incorporate it into rehabilitation program
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations and company policies
