Job summary

Alpha Home Health & Hospice seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to collaborate with licensed physical therapists and provide in-home care across King County. You will help implement personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State PTA license or eligibility.
• 1–2 years PTA experience; home health preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
