Qualifikationen

Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
Assists the physician in developing the therapy plan of care.
Provides services within the scope of practice and in coordination with the health care team.
Monitors patient response to treatment and reports changes to supervising staff.
Treats patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
Educates patients and caregivers regarding plan of care and progress toward goals.
Documents progress and completes evaluations and PT plan of care per state guidelines.
Reports outcomes and anticipated frequency of care.
