PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Huntsville, TX. This role focuses on helping patients regain movement and reduce pain in the comfort of their homes. We value patient-centered care, dependability, and evidence-based practices.

You will evaluate, treat, educate, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, while maintaining thorough documentation and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in TX.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions: exercise, gait training, manual therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Conduct home safety assessments and fall prevention.
• Deliver compassionate care and empower independence.
