UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled services in the patient’s home, promoting mobility, function, and safety. The role requires CAPTE-accredited education, state licensure, and CPR certification, with at least one year of home health experience or regional leadership approval for less than a year, plus collaborative, patient-centered care.

Salary ranges from $80,864 to $121,296 annually for full-time employment.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program as set by CAPTE.
• 1+ years related physical therapy experience for home health care.
• If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders required with mentoring/residency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes to promote mobility, restore function, improve strength and balance, and enhance overall safety and independence.
• Works collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team to support recovery and prevent hospitalizations.
• Discharge planning and periodic reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum).
