Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program per CAPTE standards.
- Current license to practice physical therapy for the state of assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- 1+ year of related physical therapy experience; in home health, otherwise approval/mentoring if less experience.
Responsibilities
- Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function.
- Perform reexaminations at least every 30 days; modify interventions; discharge planning.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers and interdisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.
